The Maundy Prayer

Lord Jesus Christ, who when about to institute the holy sacrament at thy last supper,

didst wash the feet of thy apostles, teaching us, by thy example, the grace of humility:

cleanse us, we beseach thee, from all stain of sin, that we may be worthy partakers of thy holy mysteries.

Who livest and reignest with the Father and the Holy Ghost, one God, world without end.

Amen.
